I just returned from breathtaking three day holiday at this resort. The spa treatment from Tamara is one of the best that I’ve ever had. Thank you… I had a chance to play tennis with Grace and she’s absolutely amazing. Raised my game to the next level! I would definitely reserve a game with her if you enjoy tennis. Bernie

There are no words to describe the spectacular property of Enchantment set within Boynton Canyon. It is magical, stunning, and special beyond words. Definitely one of my favorite birthday presents of all time. I can’t wait to return.

Check-in was a circus and check out had people lined up waiting. Room lacked furniture (zero drawers of any type) so we had to be moved, It appears hotel, restaurants, and tour services are literally separate business with poor communication among them. Call restaurant line and no one answers, but the concierge makes clear that restaurants "are a separate system" but "I'll try to call them". Whaaaat? Rooms are dispersed around the somewhat hilly property so you need their golf cart service to take you around, but they were late to scheduled times - its just inconvenient. Spa looked nice but the lady at the desk had such heavy French accent I literally could not understand her. New pool, but deck is very limited in size and no lounge chairs were available. A lot of money for a lot of frustration.

Go for the rooms, the view, the staff go elsewhere for EVERY meal. Quality of the food was beyond poor for McDonalds. Not what i expext from a resort.

The resort and its surroundings were immaculate and stunning. The check-in process was quick and easy, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. However, we were disappointed by the thin walls and connecting suite doors, which made it very noisy, almost as if our neighbors were in our room. That said, the hotel graciously extended a credit for this inconvenience, as expected from a resort of this level of luxury. Overall, we had a great experience. Nonetheless, we were surprised and disappointed when assistance with our luggage did not arrive as scheduled.

A place to commune with nature, the magical presence of Boynton Canyon, the beautiful staff who are so caring and so kind. A lovely hotel in the most idyllic spot, our favorite place. Thank you to Michelle, the concierge, who guided us with exactly what we were looking for, and doing so with so much warmth. Thank you Amber from Che Ah Chi, at breakfast, for being so attentive, kind and sweet. Thank you for the cleaning staff for keeping our room so neat and clean. You ALL work so hard to make this a beautiful experience of a lifetime and we are so grateful.

We had a magical time at Enchantment! It was our first time in Sedona and our first visit to Enchantment. From the moment we drove onto the property, we were impressed by the level of service and the beauty of the resort. Everything was top-notch, but nothing was over the top or stuffy--it was truly understated luxury, high-quality personal service, and total relaxation. From the lovely grounds to the delicious food, from the friendly staff to the diverse offering of activities....we were so sorry to leave!! We can't wait to return to Enchantment....it is truly a special place.

Location is amazing. Sedona is a little touristy (but still beautiful) so staying out in Boynton canyon was incredible. Staff was excellent. Everyone one on site had a great attitude and was very helpful. Food was excellent. Great hikes close by.
