We stayed in the Radisson for one night and then one night in Angel Town Apartments as we wanted to be close to the Pacai hotel where an event was happening. For the price you pay Angel Town Apartments is not a bad option - the sheets and pillows are clean, everything seems looked after even though it is old. I can't fault it for that reason. However the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke - very very strong. When we sent a message to them that day to see if we could change rooms (there is no check in staff, its all done via pin codes they send you via email to get into the building and your room), they replied with one line saying 'their rooms are non smoking rooms'. For that reason I probably wouldn't recommend staying here - 1. as the room and the bathroom smelt so strongly of cigarette smoke it gave us headaches and 2. the service was not great in terms of helping us find an alternate solution or even a mere apology. Location is great though - very central. We didn't try the breakfast. The system of getting into the room etc was very smooth. The walls are super thin so you can hear all the conversations next door. There is a nice modern lift which was pretty quick which i was surprised about given the old building!
