"Really beautiful interior's, amazing views of the city on the higher floors, was easy to get to - I took the 3g bus from outside the airport 10-15 mins later I could see hotel from across the river. Could easily walk to most places from the hotel but there was bus stop stop nearby that made it great and easy to get around. Staff were really friendly and helpful, very professional, high quality breakfast service."

"Disappointed! The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was great, but the housekeeping was below standards. The room floor was not clean each time after house keeping. The amenities were not refilled consistently. We are a family with two kids but they only give us 2 bath towels each day even after reminders. Only 1 bottled water each day , other hotels of the same stars would be much more considerate. I guess you just need to keep calling housekeeping everyday to get things done , but with kids we are just too busy to do that work for the management."

"Nice budget hotel, 10 minutes walk from the train station, close to the old town. Live in an apartment. Clean room, necessary utensils, stove for cooking (if needed), electric kettle. There is air conditioning in the room, but the air conditioner is a bit noisy. There is a smell in the toilet seat. I have to wipe it with disinfectant wet paper before the smell slowly disappears. Breakfast not much choice, but good."

The service was excellent – when we discovered that the heating system in our room wasn’t working, the receptionist quickly arranged a different room for us. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great balance of price and quality."
