"The hotel was great in 1980s. The style was outdated but it was flocked by huge group tours so I think that’s how the business survived. The breakfast was chaotic since so many people came at the same time. Overall it’s quite far to walk to the old town. The TV inside the room was so small it’s practically a CCTV monitor lol. I think the hotel can just go without it. The hallways were very dark too even in night time they should at least add more lights. The room was on the small side it’s difficult to open large luggage."

"The hotel is very conveniently located near the old town, and many attractions are easily accessible on foot. There are several good restaurants nearby, as well as bars and clubs. Across the street is a bus stop with numerous options, and the direct bus number 88 to the airport also departs from here. The hotel has a new, well-maintained feel, and the friendly staff is extremely helpful. The facilities are complete, very clean, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. The breakfast is plentiful and offers local specialties in addition to the usual international products. Great! All the staff speak good English, which is very convenient. The check-in agents provide fantastic support with explanations, tips, and maps for planning leisure activities. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip."

"Facilities: Feels pretty similar to a domestic hotel like Orange Crystal. Location: A bit far from the old town and city center, about three or four bus stops away. There's a supermarket and a cafe right downstairs. Service: Check-in took a while, and we had to wait for the key card. Cleanliness: A coffee cup in the room wasn't clean, and there were obvious signs of the previous guest's use. Service: No complimentary bottled water, though there's a water dispenser on the floor. However, the water quality isn't great, so I'd recommend buying your own bottled water."

However, it turned out to be perfectly clean and a great place overall. I just thought that perhaps a slightly different aesthetic or atmosphere could make the impression of cleanliness even stronger. If anyone is hesitating about staying here, I'd definitely tell them it's a good place and not to worry!"

"The hotel is of very poor quality. The staff is rude and disrespectful. Either the staff does not speak Lithuanian at all or only speaks English. My room was not ready. I requested two single beds in writing before arriving, as the booking confirmation stated that guests could choose their own beds. I was travelling with my daughter. However, the room had a double bed and the armchair was pulled out as a bed. This made the room very cramped, although it was advertised as 23 square metres. When I asked for another room, I was told that this was not possible. I was told that the second bed was an armchair. After a long conversation with the hotel employee, I was given another room the next day. From then on, a silent nightmare began. During breakfast, I was no longer trusted in the dining room, no one helped me, and I had to find my own plate. The staff does not speak Lithuanian. They are rude and untrained in communicating with guests. The breakfast was inedible; there were almost no snacks. There was no juice at all. The coffee was of poor quality and taste.. My daughter is vegan, but this hotel was not clear about what to order for breakfast, as there were few snacks, I think the management had not even heard of vegan options. Regarding the cleaning of the rooms, I found out that the rooms and towels would be cleaned and changed only on the third day, not every day. So, I had to wait for three days. The rooms were not clean, you could hear every sound from the neighbors. Very poor service, bad hotel. Such a hotel should not have three stars in Vilnius."
