1. Very good location, near JR station
2. Air conditioner - not easy to adjust wind direction. So wind may blow to face and cause headaches

Right next to JR station which its second floor is directly connected to the bridge leading to JR Sendai station. The staff was courteous, and provided welcome drink for free. The hotel is new. It is amazed that free icecream is provided after having a public bath!
