The hotel's amenities are impeccable, and the service is truly excellent. Communication is a breeze. Jessica speaks Korean, English, and Chinese. There's a Chinese emblem on the chest. The service is incredibly detailed, with hotel information and event opening and closing times, including a Chinese-language chart for easy navigation. Recent visitors not only had a wonderful experience at the hotel, but also have a Chanel boutique open until November 25. This hotel offers great dining, shopping, entertainment, and scenic views. The dining is excellent, and the breakfast is excellent. By the way, guests who visit must try the red bean and milk smoothie on the sixth floor. It's truly delicious. I'm not a red bean fan, but it was all washed down.

The best hotel on Jeju Island. Great for a vacation. The hotel has direct access to the seaside cliff walk. The room I booked included brunch, which was a good set menu. Alesha, the Chinese butler, was very considerate. I had an early flight and checked out around 6 a.m., and she even arranged for a packed breakfast.
