I recently had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Lotte Hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The highlight of our visit was definitely the heated pool and jacuzzi, which provided the perfect oasis for unwinding. Enjoying live music in the evening while relaxing in the warm pool and jacuzzi was an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s location is another major plus. It's conveniently situated next to two charming shopping and restaurant areas. We loved having options like Starbucks and Olive Young just a short walk away. For food, we indulged in the famous local pork BBQ at a nearby restaurant, which was a real treat. Additionally, there are two convenient stores within a 5-10 minute walking distance, making it easy to grab essentials. Overall, Lotte Hotel offered a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience

Very luxurious hotel in a beautiful location near the beach. Everything was great, the room, the view, the pool, the restaurant, it’s expensive but great value compared to other similarly priced hotels I’ve stayed at.

Great facilities! Heated pool was a nice touch especially during cold season. Breakfast was great with many food options. I wish breakfast time would’ve been open earlier for early personnel. Overall, great place to stay and staff were great and friendly.

We were extremely excited to stay at the lotte hotel, the swimming pool, the slides, the bowling and gaming hall. But once there we were sorely disappointed. The lifeguards make all kids wear life vests even if they know how to swim. This hinders kids from actually swimming and enjoying the pool and actually even potentially more dangerous I’d kids try and swim with it on. The bowling alley is only available for kids 8 and older. The play room is really only for kids 3 and under. What amenities are available for those in between ages? Even the entertainment at night was more suitable for adults with the singing and slow pace of music. Also, the food is outrageously priced. I understand there is an upcharge at all resorts but lotte charges 10x what the outside charges. 75k won for a bowl of friend chicken and fries. Plus they are ridiculously strict about letting any outside food being eaten. As a family traveling with young children ages 8 and 5 we were really excited to be at lotte for what we thought would be a great hotel for the kids — only to be extremely disappointed. I would NOT recommend.

As a thrift traveller, I was truly mesmerised by this hotel — it went far beyond my expectations. The physical environment was stunning and left me completely satisfied. My 2-night stay didn’t feel like enough; I honestly wished I could have extended it. The only downside was the breakfast — it was simply too expensive for my budget, even with the offered discount. That said, the overall experience more than made up for it. A beautiful and unforgettable place!
