The hotel's environment is wonderfully serene, with birdsong and fragrant flowers, making it perfect for escaping the city's hustle and bustle for a peaceful retreat. The trail behind the hotel is lovely; we spotted beautiful mushrooms, huge snails, and unique tree roots. The hotel staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and provide excellent service. A special shout-out to the housekeeping lady – she was super sweet! It was a bit awkward though, as we both tried to speak English but couldn't understand each other, haha. Important tip: Make sure you have ride-hailing apps installed and an international credit card! Here, you can only hail taxis via apps, and they typically need to travel for about 10 minutes to pick you up. The GS25 convenience store within the hotel is unmanned, so you'll need a credit card for self-checkout. Recommended places for supplies: Mamatteul Market and Daiso.

I absolutely do not recommend it. The facilities are poor and the breakfast is not hotel breakfast but rather like eating at a golf CC house. I want to cut off my finger for booking a 4-night, non-refundable option. The swimming pool is for kids, but there is no sauna and the water temperature is not controlled so it is unusable. There is no basic coffee provided and the shower water is not hot so I couldn't even take a half-body bath properly. I also don't like the fact that the front desk staff sits and makes customers bend over. Those who want to listen to the birds singing quietly might like it. It's a 4-star hotel, so please take off one or two stars.
