This hotel has a huge compound that has many family friendly amenities. Do remember to bring along your swimsuits

Lotte Hotel- no valet parking but free. Cute and adorable Hello Room and whole 4th floor. Very comfortable beds. Very overpriced but worth every penny just to stay in a themed room. Had the seafood pasta for dinner at the lounge and it was very good. The eel dinner was not very good and pricey. The facilities are nice and swimming pool is huge. Too bad we had rain for our stay here.

Great stay! Loved the pool and pool menu, amazing show from the pool deck too. Food was great! Really close to the beach, waterfalls and botanical gardens. Great views from the hotel.

Great stay

I stayed in a twin room for two nights in December. I booked this hotel because it was expensive but had many Japanese reviews and good ratings. The limousine bus from the airport also stops at the hotel entrance, but there are 600 and 601, and 600 does not stop there (as of December 2024). I was able to check in in Japanese, which was very reassuring. The young man was modest and said he was not very good at Japanese, but I was able to understand what he was saying and I was able to make a reservation for dinner the next day. The hotel has a palace-like exterior and a VUITTON store near the lobby, which makes you feel rich, but the room was very far away. Both breakfast and dinner are quite expensive. For breakfast, I went to a nearby cafe or Starbucks. For dinner, I went to the hotel's buffet dinner once. It is a little cheaper for guests staying at the hotel, but it is over 10,000 yen per person. However, the content was attractive. You can also eat raw meat yukhoe, which you cannot eat in Japan, as much as you want. You can also eat all-you-can-eat crab. There was sushi, sashimi, and abalone. It felt like I was able to enjoy Korean and Jeju-style cuisine all in one place, so I personally think it was good to stay there. (I had almost all my breakfast and lunch at cafes during my stay.) Nearby there was the Teddy Bear Museum, a 7-Eleven, and a BHC Chicken. Further ahead was a Starbucks with a unique exterior and an Olive Young. (Within walking distance) The room was spacious and clean, and it had a bathtub, which was very nice. When I called guest services to rent a car and asked in English if they were OK with Japanese, I was relieved to hear that they handed me over to someone who spoke Japanese. There were also people who spoke Japanese at the restaurant and at the entrance, so I was able to spend my time there without encountering a language barrier. I've stayed at the Lotte Hotel in Seoul before, but personally I felt that the staff were better than I expected. I'd like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Overall, it is a basic hotel~ La Seine dinner is delicious There are no people in the indoor pool, so you can swim like an emperor The indoor pool and fitness center are free, but I don't understand why the sauna is paid You enter through the same entrance

The facilities were clean and the service was good 👍

I made a reservation because of the four-season heated pool, but I was really satisfied with the pool and it was also great that I could go to Jungmun Beach along the walking path!!
