Mayplace Hotel

The hotel's location is great, very close to Sungkyunkwan University and Daehangno, and you can even walk to places like Bukchon Hanok Village and Ikseon-dong. Plus, with subway lines 1, 2, and 5 nearby, getting around is super convenient. There's also a convenience store and a food street right downstairs.

It's very close to Seoul National University Hospital. It's also a stop on the Airport Limousine bus 6011.

The hotel is extremely close to the airport shuttle bus stop, and the shuttle even announces the hotel name, making it very easy to find. The guy at the front desk, even though he didn't speak Chinese, was able to communicate seamlessly in English and was very enthusiastic! While the room was small, it had everything you needed and was quite clean. The only minor downside was that their electricity seemed a bit unstable, as charging electronic devices was incredibly slow. Also, contrary to what was stated on the details page, there isn't 24-hour hot water, but there's still hot water for showering, just not super scalding. The heating in winter was very comfortable, usually staying around 22 to 23 degrees Celsius. (If you're Chinese and reading this, please remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and gargle cup!)
