Unfortunately the room was not the same as on the pictures. Cold wind from the window. And window is locked. So the room is very dark. Heater in AC didn’t work. However warm floor was good. Beds were pretty comfortable, facilities were fine. Hot water in the shower 2 times out of 3. One time it was barely warm.
Service was… a bit surprising. I asked to book a taxi (didn’t have Korean sim and outside was snow. A lot of snow) but the staff told me to go to subway. So that moment was really disappointing.
Long story short - it’s average hostel, so the price and the rating is a bit too high for this type of accommodation.

The location was fine without any complaints.
Gwangjang Market is right there, and Dongdaemun is also within walking distance.
The guy at the front desk was also nice.
I went in February, and the room was completely free from the cold.
It was very hot with underfloor heating and electric blankets.
