Quite near to the bus terminal . Hainan Kopitiam was not opened . Nearby Indian mamak shop is quite a few mins away . I guess 24 hours , food was great . Lift accessibility is quite a hassle .

Booked 2 queen bed from Gold boutique as there was no hotel available with family room. The room is big with cold aircon like shown in pictures . However spider webs can be seen and there is no fridge provided . Bathroom have a colony of ants which I helped to kill some . Would be good if you can leave the bathroom window closed , as there were bugs flying in during our stay .
