The syite that i got was dirty upon arrival. The jacuzzi was full of hair and had broken pieces. The bathtub was peeling very badly and the hot water did not work. The toilet seat was rough and bumpy to the touch and was also peeling. There was brown stains on the bathrom wall behind the toilet. The mirrors were filthy and not wiped down at all. Im very dissatisfied

The room is very modern - looks nice. We had a blast at the pool with fun on the water slide. Could use some simple maintenance like ensuring the blow dryer is fully screwed into wall, tightening screws on the bathroom door knob before it falls off, and making sure the bathroom fan works.

Pool area was fun for the kids, but at the cost of filthy rooms. Didn't listen to the reviews about the rooms being dirty, as I used to come here every year for maybe 15 year until the last 4 years or so, and cleanliness was not as issue, until now. Had then come up and change our sheets and vacuum the floors.

We had a jacuzzi room suite and we couldn't even use it. We had no hot water. It would get warm for a little while then turn cold. We mentioned it to the staff working and they had maintenance check on it. On our last night, we had a little more hot water but it ran out quickly. Evening and morning showers were freezing. Everything else was perfect. The staff was polite. It was clean. The pool was great. I hate to give it a low rating but cold showers are not fun and paying extra for a jacuzzi tub that we couldn't really use is frustrating.

Only issue I had was I got delayed traveling and arrived a day late. I had ******* let them know I would be arriving a day late and sent a message myself through ******* expressing the same. When I arrived they said I had no reservation. But they had a room available for me. I said you better as I prepaid for 4 nights, I don’t care if I arrived two days late, better have a room.

The room was newly updated and appeared well kept. However, the tub did not drain and appaeared to be dirty. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came. We had 4 people staying (2 adults & 2 kids) and the provided towels for 2, so we had to go and ask for more. The breakfast had cold cheese omlettes and sausage. The cartons of milk were expired and smelled sour. You could hear people in the rooms next door and hallway all hours of the night. The windows are not well insulated and had 1" of ice built up on the inside providing lots of moisture in the room. I'd assume there is mold in the walls due to this.
Our kids enjoyed the pool area and the water slide. The hot tub was not hot, but warmish water. The kiddie pool was cold and had some sort of scum on the bottom.
We will not stay there again.

We stayed here because of the price and the fact that we like Americinn's in general. This place was convenient but the room is severely dated with creepy photos, mold on the ceiling by the spa tub and the fireplace didn't work. Staff is very friendly and the beds were comfortable. Bring your own pillow though.

There was no hot water for the shower, no matter how hard we tried to get the water to warm up it barely got warm. We got a Jacuzzi tub in the room, it made a lot of weird noises even when it wasn't being used. I didn't feel the cleanliness of the room was up to par, so I did not trust getting into the tub. The beds are definitely not comfortable at all. I definitely would not stay here again.

Spent 160.00 for one night in hot tub room. New Year’s Eve, came back and not hot water for the hot tub in our room. Nobody at the front desk to ask and when I went to the desk in the morning 6 people in line ahead. Not impressed. But like usual with these reviews, nobody will contact us about the issue.
