Really enjoyed staying here. Out of the main area with a lovely location by the Suzhou Creek. There is a creek walk all the way to the Bund which is pleasant and safe yo do. About 4 km. Breakfast was varied and always suitable for westerners. The bread was amazing - so fresh it must just have been baked. The metro is not far away but we used Didi as well. The view from our room was over the creek. Loved the delivery robots.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is strategic, just an 8-10 minute walk to the MRT station, with shops nearby for convenience. The room was just the right size, clean, and nicely designed. The water pressure was great, and housekeeping provided daily cleanup service.
Breakfast didn’t have an extensive selection, but the food was delicious. A special thanks to front desk staff 小文 for his excellent hospitality and service, always ensuring my needs were met. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Good stay at Campanile Hotel in Xi'an, tried out in Shanghai and didn't disappoint us. Comfort room, good breakfast, quiet neighbourhood and within walkable distance to metro stations and few tourist attractions.

Wonderful and very friendly staff! We were helped with any problem at any time, even at night! On the downside: refrigerator didn't work and cold water was missing at night, but by morning it showed up... but everything was on top!

Прекрасный и очень приветливый персонал! Нам помогали с любой проблемой в любое время, даже ночное! Из минусов: не работал холодильник и пропадала холодная вода ночью, но к утру проявлялась.. а так все было на высоте!

Everything was pretty good, except it is like a 10 min walk from the station. Staff are friendly and eager to help, they are foreigner friendly (some staff can speak some English and/or they will use a translating app). For its price, really decent! I would stay again :)

Location is super convenient - just across the Shanghai railway terminal and 15min ride away from the hot spots in Shanghai. Staff can speak English and super helpful - even help us to book food delivery! Room is clean as well. Looking forward to staying again!

I had an amazing experience at Campanile Hotel (SRS). The hotel was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with functioning heaters, light fixtures, and comfortable beds. The staff were helpful, polite, and understanding, especially the male intern with straight short hair and the female intern with bangs. They were always ready and happy to assist us in any issues we faced during our stay. Lastly, the breakfast menu was really good, I loved the croissant!

Stay was comfortable. A good choice for those who want to avoid the touristy streets. Local eateries are within walking distance but travelling to other areas will need to be by car. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
