After nearly an hour of repair, it still didn't work, so they moved me to room 3339. The air conditioner in the new room was not hot and it was frozen all night. The next day, I was ready to check out and change hotels, but the front desk refused to refund the remaining one day's room rate. Unless I was fined 50, I had to give him a good review. It took me 40 minutes to communicate with the platform to get the most basic solution. Poor hygiene and poor equipment. The worst and most aggrieved experience!
