I booked a room on Ctrip on a rainy day. When I got to the room, there was no window. I told the front desk and they upgraded it to a room with a window for free. The service was very good and the room was clean. It is worth recommending.

After entering the room, there were small bugs on the pillow and dead bugs on the roof. I was bitten by mosquitoes multiple times at night. The room was relatively small and the bottom of the toilet curtain was moldy. It was quite quiet at night.
