I stayed here after completing my government mandated quarantine. The gentleman who checked me in was lovely. However, there was absolutely no help with luggage — getting to or from the qt side to the “regular side” or even getting it up and down from my room, which was VERY far away from the front desk. I called down to guest services for assistance and none came after 30 minutes and I had to bring it down in two separate trips on my own. The regular room was a lovely suite and the bed was comfortable. I wish I had stayed in that room for my qt. The a/c is not on in common spaces.

本期待不高，但意外體驗很不錯的一次皇冠假日，酒店確實有點老舊了，但各個服務環節，都好感值拉滿。入住當天早上就有電話聯繫並加Sunny微信，需要的時候聯繫。第二天早上一早秒回微信，並幫忙解決第一天前台來不及解決的換**宜。手機充電線遺落在第一天的房間裏，阿姨晚十點左右三次敲門，幫忙尋回。早餐高峯期內，服務生充足，忙中有序。總而言之，這個CP的服務要求和培訓，我覺得當之無愧的首屈一指。期待設備的慢慢更新，那就完美了！

雖然是商務出差，但是我帶了一輛公路車，早上的時候圍着郊野公園那邊騎了幾圈，天氣晴朗，景色優美，心情也異常的舒暢，直接把此次的入住體驗拉昇了一個層次。酒店的硬件設施和軟件服務都非常符合皇冠假日一貫的高水平，尤其是貼心的管家服務，噓寒問暖面面俱到，還非常貼心地贈送了早餐以及延遲退房，讓我的好感度達到了頂點。哦對了，這個酒店邊上是個高爾夫球場，對希望在出差工作之餘揮上兩桿放鬆心情的客人來説是最佳的選擇。

酒店的景色優美，草坪、露台適合放鬆心情。酒店也很大，還有親子類遊藝設施，可以在草坪觀賞孔雀，喂喂小白兔。賓客體驗管家Rosa 服務細緻，入住前致電並安排了高樓層的景觀房間，退房前問詢發票準備和延遲退房服務，點贊！

凌晨落地上海想在這家皇冠假日白天睡一覺，前台工作人員服務很好，答應了免費延遲退房到四點的要求，衹可惜睡的迷迷糊糊時候酒店打掃工作人員直接開門進來，也是嚇到我了，希望能有改進，酒店設施很棒，沒有老舊感，旁邊就是高爾夫俱樂部，非常高大上，總體感覺還行
