As a four-star hotel, there is no washing machine. The permanent residents were told that the bed sheets would be changed every 3 days, but they were not changed without reminder. The service attitude of the hotel front desk was poor. They were very impatient and arrogant no matter what you asked. They did not solve the problem. Bad review!
