Clean, comfortable rooms in a quiet and interesting location with street names and buildings reminescent of London, but inconvenient to most parts of Shanghai and a limited number of restaurants within walking distance.

這個房間是我的最愛，酒店有格調，還有個小陽台，推開陽台門就是一個湖泊，可以放肆的欣賞朝陽不怕被打擾

淋浴房和浴缸的下水道都堵塞！所謂的湖景房看不到湖景，距離遠不説，二樓看出去是一排樹木！陽台寬度不足30㎝，人都站不下！更重要的是這家店是黑店！住五星酒店也從來沒要遊客交1千元按金，這家破店竟然要收1千按金！第二天我才知道，原來是跟攜程勾結，挖坑害我！三年前我家人因病不能出行，正巧趕上疫情爆發，所有訂單取消並全額退款，我向攜程提出此要求，開始答應的，後來又反悔，衹賠1千，而且不給現金，衹給禮品卡。此卡衹限住酒店和買門票使用，我當時想反正以後出去也可以用就收下了。誰知這三年疫情不斷，一直沒機會用！最近想去泰晤士小鎮就在攜程訂了這家店，付款方式選禮品卡，到店付。接着就是人住的前台要收1千按金，我雖然對此不滿，但萬萬沒想到的是要用這一千元來扣我的房費！真是太**了！我找攜程客服，先答應我幫二小時內我解決，然後石沉大海！我不可能一直在大堂耗着，我還要去景點，所以衹好跟酒店結賬。再打老半天電話攜程換個人接聽，又説要去核實，11點半前給我回復。又是石沉大海！就這樣，酒店跟攜程串通一氣，坑害遊客！接下來我找攜程，他們不斷換人，一會答應還我現金，一會推翻説不可以。見過很多***的，從沒見過這麼***的！攜程這麼大一個公司，言而無信！換作普通百姓要上徵信黑名單了，他們居然逍遙法外！大家千萬別上當哦！

入夜，幾次被酒店大門口的地面停車區域的客人喧鬧聲驚醒，因為房間的窗户正對着那裡，希望酒店人員可以提醒户外的客户夜深人靜保持安靜。謝謝！
