There were blood drops on the bed sheet and quilt in the room. I didn’t answer my phone call last night. I had to put disposable bath towels and clothes under it. It was very hygienic. I felt that the stay was not worth the price. I hope this will be taken seriously.

真的幸虧這軟件沒有負分吧不然上面四個沒一個正的。我房間一台電視看不了一台投影全部看不了，説是網絡問題，投影在床上面晚上睡覺一圈紅的跟在地府似的，問服務員給我來了句有不響不吵的有什麼關係啊？ 😅 2.晚上洗澡沒熱水，原因不知道為什麼。
3.牆應該是伊拉克進口的。 咱就是説這酒店價格也不低啊..

如果單論房間硬件設施，其實這個價格算是有亮點的説。但店內服務and衞生徹底把唯一的亮點也給滅了。
1：這裡是有車去迪士尼的（這個應該算是迪士尼附近酒店的標配…），但酒店班車衹有兩班（提前一天在前台預約，早班7點出發，晚上10點10分回來。能提供的也就衹有這兩趟車（帶小孩的家長建議考慮了）。而車型：搬家公司的中型車吧～不是正常的中巴或大巴。）
2：服務態度：4月29日沒熱水，無論是誰的鍋，酒店方都不可能是最後一個知道的。但筆者一家在迪士尼玩了一天九點多十點回來，直到準備洗澡了，都沒有得到酒店方任何通知。
然後一起在迪士尼玩了一天的同事一家和酒店服務員溝通，問如果小孩因此感冒發燒了咋辦，酒店方竟然神級回答，我們有感冒發燒葯（請問各位帶娃的家長聽到這回復，會有啥想法）
3：衞生：早上出去迪士尼玩，然後和服務員説了房間需要打掃。晚上娃在床鋪上玩，竟然發現被套還有些幹了的血跡！然後打電話去前台要求更換，服務員是來了，但全程黑臉💩（真心影響第一天的好印象）
結論：反正如果下回來上海迪士尼，我説一定不會考慮他們家了。沒必要因為浴缸和四十平房間大小而影響心情。

不提供牙刷和梳子，還得找前台要，早飯很簡單普通，沒啥好吃的，然後房間內的燈光真的很暗，很暗不太看得清楚，化粧什麼的都不清楚，還有房間的那個地面很滑很滑，我有兩次都是差點要滑倒的帶小孩子要注意了

在攜程上訂的兩間兩晚，酒店訂完之後聯繫了酒店，説是就是問能不能換成一個大床房。是一個女的接的電話，她説可以換的，但是要補差價，讓我把直接把整個房間的錢微信轉給他，讓我把訂單取消。但是訂單上顯示不能取消，後來我沒同意，她態度就很差，語氣也很不耐煩。到了酒店之後，辦完入住之後，我們當天就覺得那邊太偏了，就想換一下別的酒店住，我就去前台詢問了一下，能不能給我退一天的，因為攜程上顯示是沒有就是不可以退的，所以我就去前台諮詢了。前台有一個男士告訴我説可以的，跟他溝通過之後，我才訂了第二天晚上的別的酒店。到了第二天就是退房時間已經過了之後，我就聯繫了酒店，我説怎麼還沒有退？然後那個之前聯繫的那個女的説，就是之前打電話態度很差的那個女的接的電話，説是讓我聯繫攜程，然後申請退款要轉人工。然後我跟他説，我説那等會兒攜程會聯繫你們，會讓你們確定我們有沒有入住這個事情。他同意了，説好的。後來等到我打了攜程電話的時候，客服攜程的客服給他打電話，他就説。他就説是我沒有去跟他們協商過，直接**，拒絕退款、就沒見過還有這麼明着耍**的.
