The plus point is they have the washing machine inside the room. The toilet is spacious, also it’s in the walking street so there is a lot of restaurants around.
Not suitable for someone going with metro as it will take 10-15 minutes walking to reach 😅😅😅.
The room is quite small and the cleaniness is a little below the average to compare with other hotels in China.
The have the free Photo Booth in the reception area with free Shanghai costume 😁 Great for group photo.

Great location within walking distance of both People's Park Station and Nanjing East Road Station, located on the main pedestrian street. Entrance is beside the Zara, lobby is located on the 8th floor. Lobby decor was really cute! Note that some building signs say GME hotel instead of GEM hotel.

The cleanliness of the room need massive improvement.
In addition, the hotel needs some makeover; especially the carpet and lifts which sharing with other tenants in the building (亚太广场）
Note：the window in room could only open a little to have some air lol. The nearest station to this hotel is 人民广场 station.
The hotel is located Next to Zara building . Dun forget to try the local snacks sell at 沈大成 which very close to hotel, highly recommended. (双酿团 and the 条糕）

- Location 100/100, it is located inside ZARA Building on Nanjing Walking Road, So convenient.
- All the staff are so nice and helpful.

Right in the heart of nanjing road, right at the 7 level of zara building, a block from people's square, behind lane plenty of store selling chinese bun, very delicious, don't forget to try jiajiatangbao.
The room we stayed is spacious, for a family of 4 members, there is small 3,5 kg washing machine inside each room that is really useful for our long stay, although no dryer.
Don't judge the room by its reception design, coz the front office ambience of old shanghai that feels eery, whilst the room is designed in minimalist style.
Just one minus, they put their housekeeping goods in front of elevator covered by curtain that makes feel like entering abandoned building through the corridor. Hope the hotel manage it well in the future.

This hotel is very convenient in walking streets, just down stairs find a lot of shops. Beside is a Zara shop. Hotel cleaners is acceptable..recommended to stay.

Hotel very good clean n nice also hotel come out is just the shopping area and food very easy, The receptionist is very nice n house keeping very helpful they can show you where you want to go 😊👍I will definitely come back again
