Nice hotel. Not far from a metro station and near to a shopping mall. Nice and big rooms. Quiet area for resting. If you go that area of Shanghai it's a good option.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! A few of them spoke a little English! The rooms are small and could use some updating, although I did choose the least expensive offer. There was mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom and the WiFi was terrible! I was only able to connect my cellular device. The breakfast options were mediocre so if you’re looking for western options, you may have to order on meituan! I wouldn’t spend the extra money for breakfast, especially if it’s a quick stay! Overall, not too bad for short or overnight stays! Bring shower shoes!

The check-in experience was very bad. There was a musty smell in the room when I first came in. After I asked to change rooms, it was slightly better. I have stayed at Atour so many times. After ordering takeout for the first time, I had to come out and get it myself. There is no robot. The food was delivered, but the front desk didn't deliver it either. Finally, when I went out to take a taxi, the taxi entered the parking lot. Two minutes after entering, it couldn't recognize the license plate when I left? Asking for help to open the door and checking the message? ah? What if I come here to see a friend?
