Shanghai Lujiazui Rezen Hotel

The non-smoking floor is a thoughtful touch. It's really convenient for getting around, whether by subway or taxi. There's a large shopping mall right across the street. I often bring friends here to stay; it's excellent value for money, and parking is super easy.

Facilities: The maintenance is pretty good, but the smart toilet wasn't working well; it kept overflowing. Hygiene: There were some hair strands in the bathroom corners. Environment: Overall, the environment is nice. Service: Highly commendable, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 consecutive nights, traveling from Chengdu to Shanghai. I initially booked for 3 nights and then extended for another 3. The room layout was well-designed, facilities were complete, and it was very clean with a quiet environment. Transportation was convenient and affordable, making it easy to reach major attractions. It's only about 130 meters from Metro Line 9, which is a big plus. Overall, it was great. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff promised to bring two pairs of children's slippers but never delivered.
