Excellent home stay! Fully equipped with all sorts of appliances/goodies you need as a comfortable place for a few days. The floor heating, taking a bit long to warm up though, has provided extra warmth for the first two days which were freezing cold upon our arrival in Shanghai. Washing machine with a dryer function + dishwasher simple cooking facilities + a proper fridge are definitely a bonus. Beds are comfy, shower is also good.
The housekeeping team responded extremely fast and efficient. They were also very accommodating in giving us some flexibility / luggage storage for check-in and check-out.
Location is superb, 5 minutes’ walk to iAPM at Huai Hai Road, next to which you are connected by subway. And a lot of eateries in the CBD.
Cannot recommend anymore, for sure our choice when we visit Shanghai again.

The whole apartment is very clean. Only thing is you can smell some smoking from neighhood.
Communication is very fast and no matter how late they will reply you.
Location is the best, there are 3 metro stations take you everywhere in Shanghai

I love this apartment. I rented for a month and it is really comfortable and roomy. the room is very clean with all the basic supplies you need to have a comfortable stay. The customer service is really supportive and they will try to accommodate to all your needs. Definitely recommend!

The homestay is overall very cozy and was very comfortable. However the walk and effort to locate where the homestay was quite hard to do at night since it is very dark with little to no lights in the neighborhood.

Beautiful place, shower ws spilling water in all directions, smelly bathroom, kitchen furniture not in great condition. Great service from hosts, great great ubication.

This place is great for big groups of travellers and it is located very near of Jingan Temple. The view from the homestay is beautiful and around the area there are many places to eat.
