Near the airport and train station but no metro nearby yet. Staffs are helpful. Room is nice. Choose the room without window for those who cannot stand the noise of the plane.

Good location next to airport and train station. The free shuttle is very convenient. Rooms are clean and comfortable. However, there was a strong cigarette smell in the room and on the entire floor and sound proofing is lacking. While noise from airplanes is to be expected in this location, you could also clearly hear people talking in the corridor and other rooms.

A short ride away from Hongqiao airport/railway station,perfect if you have a flight/train to catch.

It was ok for a stopover for a night, but the bathroom wasn't so clean, and the room had a faint cigarette smell.

The rooms are comfy and the toilet and bathroom is pretty spacious. There's also proper amneties. Overall it's a good place to stay.

It was a decent stay! Not in a very convenient location if you want to easily get around Shanghai, but decently close to the train station and airport. Room smelled like smoke in a way that disturbed my sleep. Other guests were noisy, but this was not the fault of the hotel.

Stay for a night to catch an early flight. The room was ok - very clean and the staff helped as best they could. There is a shop next to the hotel. The location is great especially when your flight is in the morning. Wi-Fi was fast and stable. overall nice stay.

My experience was amazing. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. I also like the fact that it has some restaurants just across the hotel.
