The air conditioner fender was broken and could not be opened. The technician fixed it. The TV was not working well either. The technician restarted the router. There was no beep when I picked up the phone. I called the front desk on my mobile phone. The bedside lamp could not be turned on. The toilet was blocked the next day. To be honest, I was a little frustrated. The fat girl at the front desk the next day was more enthusiastic and had a good attitude. She helped with traffic instructions and gave me a local grapefruit. Shangrao is a city with some 80s and 90s style. The retro and enthusiastic city still left a good impression. I hope the hotel will do better and better.

The hotel is in a good location, in the pedestrian street. The main entrance of the hotel is a little hidden, in a small alley, up the stairs. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the service attitude is also good. As for the facilities and equipment, the TV in the room is not turned on, I don’t know if I don’t know how to use the remote control. However, the phone in the room really didn’t respond. If there is any problem, go to the front desk to communicate 😅
