酒店衞生乾淨整潔，酒店外觀大堂設計很有風格，就是前台服務太差太差。
1、晚上通知送床被子，前台工作人員説房間櫃子裏有，打開看了沒套被套，也不安排服務員過來套被套，硬生生在沒被套的情況下被迫睡了一晚。
2、第二天，打電話給前台，通知送二瓶水，前台人員態度惡劣的説：超標，要送水每瓶收費2元。電話裏問前台：每間房標準是多少，我總共預訂了五間？前台：就是超標，完了就沒下文，直接就掛斷了。
總結：入住沃爾頓酒店幾年，第一次對前台的工作態度給整懵了，酒店大堂人員完全沒有服務意識，態度也是很惡劣…

酒店很贊，設備很新，服務好，客房服務看到我家兩個寶寶特意拿了寶寶拖鞋。吃完早餐準備付錢拿兩個雞蛋帶走的，餐廳工作人員説不用付錢，幫我們拿袋子裝了兩個。

無論從就信價比而言還是酒店設施環境，真的很好。首先是交通便利，離高速路口不遠，停車位很多，去城中心也不遠。其次是酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，設定合理，應該是新開的。這的早餐還算豐富，品種味道可以，有機會還會考慮住這家酒店。

還是不錯的，從大堂的設計和設施來説，真的很不錯，也有宋代的設計元素在裏面。入住率感覺蠻高的，晚上到的時候，前面還有兩隊人在辦理。服務員也很有耐心，在辦理入職和房間客人電話的雙重夾擊下也能應對自如，且禮貌。這點讓人好感上升
訂的標間，性價比很高，在有早餐送的情況下300以內。而且房間很大，有個小陽台。床不軟不硬，對久坐開遠途的人來説是比較友好的。如果帶小朋友的話也是沒有問題的。
（可惜太累了，到房間就忙着洗漱，沒有拍房間照。）

每次到上猶出差，都訂這個酒店，非常好的酒店，早飯和房間都好。就是沒有健身房，如果有就完美了。服務人員很熱情，還給免費升級房型。
