Our hotel experience was truly enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming staff, impeccable service, and cleanliness. A special mention goes to the ladies at the reception who went above and beyond, assisting with our activity bookings and arranging a complimentary drop-off at Yabuli station. The hotel's superb food further enhanced the overall satisfaction of our stay. The hotel restaurant staff deserves a commendation too – they are exceptionally nice and friendly, ensuring they genuinely enhance our overall stay with their warm and welcoming service.

Perfectly acceptable hotel for a couple of nights around Yabuli. Staff were very nice and accommodating and can organize skiing etc. no problems. They also arranged the pick and drop off at the Yabuli West station which worked amazing to Harbin. We were in a family room (kids 9 and 11) and got the Peppa Pig suite which was amusing, clean and cosy. Could do with some wall hooks in the rooms for ski clothes, towels etc. Reception should light their gas fire to make it more welcoming! Around the hotel there’s not much but some good restaurants if you search. Breakfast was good for a local breakfast.

The staff are very helpful. The location is great . A lot of very good restaurants near the vicinity.i will recommend this place !! 😀

Everything is good, has a gym room, a convenience store if you need any snacks.

Forest Holiday Resort Hotel is in Qingyun Town and near many activities such as skiing, horse drawn sleighs and hot springs. The staff was also available to help with suggestions, tickets, and bookings during our stay which was a huge help considering that we don't speak much Chinese. While the room was also comfortable and clean, the main negatives were the central heating being too high in evenings and rooms not being cleaned during our stay. However, these were minor issues in a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The room is spacious and bright, the service is attentive, and the pick-up and drop-off at the train station is very considerate! We also arrange pick-up and drop-off at Yabuli Ski Resort, but please note that the ski instructor has his own rules, so make your own decision! The food in the hotel is affordable and the portions are large. Our family of three ordered three dishes and took two meals to finish them. The food delivery server was very nice👍🏻Thank you🙏

The twin bed I stayed in was pretty good. The space was twice as large as most Harbin hotels, so it was very spacious. The decoration is average, don't compare it with luxury hotels, I think it's good anyway! The breakfast reviews said it was very good, but I thought it was average because many dishes were not illuminated by the heat preservation lamp and were basically cold. But it's acceptable. When going to major scenic spots for consumption, we will arrange transportation and pick-up at the station! There are many Northeastern dishes such as iron pot stew next to the hotel. I took a taxi to eat out. The taxi fare is not cheap, so I recommend eating nearby! The hotel is located 20 minutes' drive from Yabulixi and 10 minutes from the scenic spot. It's quite convenient. Also: My friends are going skiing, and the instructor will ask for a tip at the end. Rich people are free to do it, but I didn’t give it anyway. (The coach said: We coaches have no salary. The 260 coaching fee you gave me is for the company, and our salary is the tips from the guests). I skated in the beginner level, and I added money to the junior and intermediate level. I suggest that if you have average coordination, you don’t need to pay more. The 70 yuan beginner level is enough. There are also many good ones in the junior and intermediate level. I feel that it is very dangerous for rookies to be shoveled away. a feeling of. I experienced the horse-drawn sledge. It was in an industrial place and the scenery was a little better in the middle. The two check-in points in the middle are very boring. 😂 A snowmobile costs 260, and it only drives 2 laps. There are slopes up and down. Just a few minutes. A bit expensive. Small motorcycles are just for kids to play. There are snow circles in the snowmobile area which is very fun💙♉️, and you won’t feel tired on the magic carpet. We played until the last wave, and the uncle got off work! The place for playing snowmobiles and snow tubing is just opposite the Forest Hot Spring Hotel. I forgot to take a photo of the hotel. It is consistent with the official photo of the hotel. It has a lot of space! By the way, there is a small snowfield behind the hotel with a small slope. A snow circle costs 28 yuan. If you have played the slide I mentioned above, you can save money with this one

When I was eating in a restaurant, a bug fell into the dish. I was asked to re-fry it, then went into the kitchen and brought it out intact. At first, I refused to admit it, and turned around and said I was sorry that I had served it wrong. The small square towel is just a big piece of yellow stuff, and there is no hook in the bathroom. The leader handles the problem with the attitude of how you want to deal with it.
