床出乎意料的大，2.6米寬，倆人睡着還很奢侈的那種，但重點是不貴，山南市很不錯的酒店，推薦。

酒店服務人員（前台及客房）都需要培訓！！！如果酒店倒閉了，肯定是服務沒做到位！！！
1.前台説話有些尖酸刻薄，不會變通，客人有東西落下了，問能不能讓送到前台，我在前台取，前台直接讓上樓自己取，不止我一個客人這麼説，酒店的經理可以感受一下！
2.前台見客人進門，説您好，下午好，晚上好，站都不站起來，直接坐着摸着手機眼鏡都不看客人一下，試問這是禮貌還是基本教養？？服務呢？培訓呢？
3.前台一漢族小姐，長得倒是漂亮，就是顯得不真誠，説話帶刺兒，我想肯定不是我一個客人給她這種評價了。
4.開發票的時候，我的單位明明掃二維碼顯示出來了，前台都能讀錯，還漫不經心，感覺像我欠她錢一樣，能不能有一點兒走心？？
5.你們都是打工的，服務行業，別一副地主樣子，客人不欠你們錢。
6.經理，如果你看到這個評價，請一定要重視酒店管理，酒店培訓，別説給客人一個好印象，起碼的做人修養禮節就夠了，再提醒一句如果酒店倒閉了，真的是服務的問題，設施硬件都挺好的。

酒店硬件都挺不錯的，有自己的停車場，早餐也很豐富，周邊吃喝玩樂都很方便，就是房間有異味，感覺是地毯的問題，建議更換

房間挺大，衞生間敞亮，周邊熱鬧，去哪裡都方便。1.淋浴噴頭漏水。
2.洗手池碎裂接縫處污垢沉澱多，可見很久不更換。
3.衞生間內沒有換氣扇。
4.房間控制面板過於複雜，操作不便。
5.房間內有多處使用説明書，為什麼不換簡單的設施？
6.房間內的加濕器是壞的。
7.房間內清新劑的味道與抽煙人煙油味混合在一起，變成很難聞的臭味。由於沒有換氣扇，衹能整夜開窗户。
