I booked two rooms in the homestay.
One room’s lock broken at 22:30 and I couldn’t get in the room. The server told me to stay in another room to wait for repairing the lock. And I agreed and waited until 24:00.
I booked a room and couldn’t use it normally. I asked the staff to cancel the room but she didn’t agree. And finally she arranged me another room and I entered at 24:20. What a bad experience. The objects I left/ locked at the original room didn’t be picked by the staff and leaved in the room which sold again at the same day. Bad !Bad!

這小蝸居簡直不要太完美.價格先不説有多香就沒住過這麼乾淨又清新的民宿這是真真的。簡直太驚喜，差點就要長住了哈。偶爾去放鬆幾天是完完全全可以的...前台小姐姐跟小哥哥認真負24小時輪班堅守崗位哈，我什麼時間訊息都秒回的，還幫忙規劃路線，簡直熱情得不要不要的。……我這人很懶，幾乎不評價的，關鍵這麼高性價比真心值得推薦下...度假好去處上實圖...

酒店環境真的很好，酒店設施配套也很齊全，空調熱水器冰箱都有，還有投影，有vip可以看好多想看的電影，而且衞生也很贊！床也真的很舒服，我特別認床的人，居然都睡得很香，地方也好找，客服態度好好！給服務點個贊！周圍還可以逛逛卜蜂中心，真的強烈推薦！！

春節期間過去汕頭遊玩，靠近小公園附近的酒店基本沒房，衹能定這間幾公裡外的酒店，居住環境一般，衞生較差而且裝修殘舊發黴，節假日價格太貴，唯獨管家服務態度還算可以，回覆及時，停車免費。

這是我住過最好的民宿了，停車也方便，店家小姐姐服務也超級棒。衞生也很好，空氣也nice 隔音也很好。樓下就是超市商業中心，很方便。

設備比較簡陋，雪櫃還有之前住客遺下的發霉水果，淋浴間不是每房都有玻璃門，洗澡後整個廁所都濕透。幸好前台服務員工都很好，有問題他們都會很快回覆及幫忙。
