It belongs to Haifeng County, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province. It is a cooperative project between Shenzhen and Shanwei. My personal understanding is that Shenzhen lacks land for development, and an area (mountainous rural area) has been allocated to Shenzhen in Haifeng, which will be managed and developed by the Shenzhen government. The children love coming to Shuidi Mountain, and they always stay in this villa with a swimming pool.
