房子在景區中間，離書聖故里，魯迅故里，沈園都不遠，走走就到，而且出門旁邊就是八字橋，非常有意境，小橋流水人家，房主家的院子也非常有意境，設計很好，停車場就在旁邊，非常方便，如果衞生各方面在加強一下，就更完美了。

院為幾户共用，被褥潮濕，房間較舊，優勢是位置很方便、停車方便。
就餐要走一段，晚餐過了八點基本全歇業。
隔音很差，樓上住人，樓上走動樓下房頂會抖，房間窗外人講話如在床邊，私隱性差。

位置:八字橋停車場附近，很好找，再往裡走也是個小景區，逛一下挺愜意的。
房東:會把注意事項和路線啥的提前發給我們，挺方便的，沒有遇到什麼問題～住的很愉快～
總結:適合多人出遊的一套民宿，可惜住的這兩天一直下雨，不然大院子裏非常好看！

位置就在八字橋下，圖片橋的左手邊就是，非常方便，傍晚清晨去八字橋附近打卡非常愜意，一家人有老有小6人，走路去書聖故居20分鐘，走路可以去周恩來故居，倉橋直街再走去魯迅故里。
衞生打掃的非常乾淨，住起來舒服，因為是一層民居被子有一點點潮。
房東有問題響應及時，積極解決，推薦的吃飯的地方也很好
有兩間房大床，一間房兩個單人床，2個洗手間，沒有廚房，人多的話非常推薦

入住辦理很方便，地方也很好找，離魯迅故居也很近，周邊一切應有盡有，非常方便，老闆娘服務也很好，房間住的也挺舒服，有個江南小庭院非常贊，如果廁所的衞生再好點就更贊啦

帶老出遊，一家五人，和照片一樣，晚上在院子裏吃了點夜宵很爽，早餐到東邊不遠巷子裏買回在院子裏吃，很愜意。吃不了的粥可以少喂點魚。這值得一住，典型的江南富户小院。
