Thats a beautiful location for a relaxing and peaceful weekend. The balcony view was fantastic for people used to live in downtown. Indoor pool and playground are good for kids during day and outdoor walking / cycling trail around the lake is quite relaxing. Hotel facilities are quite clean, modern with quality service. It took us less then 10 mins driving distance to the hiking place "Wu Mei Gu Dao". Good choice for a weekend.

剛開張時就關注過這家酒店，春天來臨 來周邊賞花就選擇了大觀，很是喜歡。
酒店靠近東山湖，也是在水庫邊，有東山掩映，中式建築的大氣和精緻園林相融合。
酒店很注意細節，從提供的日用品都是新穎有個性。服務上週到細緻熱情，開床整理後還提供了熱飲，minibar品種豐富。餐廳選擇品種較多 食材好品質，感受到餐廳員工有的良好的培訓。早餐水果品種多 居然有芭樂和楊桃。
酒店是寵物友好酒店，也有在酒店早餐位上看到，不喜歡狗狗的客人需要注意。

1， 房間不錯，但吧枱／飲料操作枱偏小；
2，樓幢建築設計動了不少腦筋，使得許多房間都可被稱之為＂湖景房＂，但並不是每個房間的陽台都正對着湖區的，能斜視的也算＂湖景房＂了；
3，房間空調機和廁所排氣系統聲音都比較輕，但關房門的彈簧有點太強勢，閉門時撞擊聲有點太響了；
4，酒店提供的免費自行車服務很不錯，還有掃碼就能開的電動車也很方便；
5，整體感覺不錯，講文化，有設計感，服務不錯，但，在紹興上虞地區，這個酒店的房價偏貴了，性價比不太高。

節後錯峯遊選擇了上虞的東山大觀酒店，酒店風格簡約，是我喜歡的，坐擁東山湖也是得天獨厚的優勢了，周邊沒啥配套，但主打一個泡酒店，閑適放鬆，酒店設施品味在線，膠囊咖啡機，戴森吹風機，自助早餐也非常棒，買的套餐裏遊遊湖，這個天氣泛舟湖上，喝喝茶，吃吃小點心，實在愜意。酒店5公里處有梅塢古道，有興趣可以前往，對了，酒店的自行車可以出借環湖遊，自行車非常好騎，淘寶一搜8000一輛，酒店豪氣😅。最最滿意的是，酒店服務人員都很有禮貌，而且非常周到👍👍非常難忘，愜意的酒店，有機會二刷！

入住酒店出乎意料的舒適感，工作人員熱情，服務態度好，酒店環境超級美，古色古香，適合放空度假，拍照很出片，房間內沒噪音，隔音效果超級好，很安靜，睡眠質量很OK，自助早餐中的水果品質很高，中餐廳美食強烈推薦。

酒店坐落在東山湖風景區，綠樹成蔭，青山環繞。房型不錯，酒店贈送的遊玩項目也比較適合長者和小孩，推薦遊湖，漢服體驗。但漢服體驗節假日髮型需要另外收費。桌上足球、桌球、健身房設施都很新。酒店的服務人員整體都很熱情。會考慮以後帶寵物來。

住了這麼多酒店第一次寫評價，因為的確不管從環境，硬件，軟件和服務商都是不錯的。服務迴應非常及時，有問題馬上解決。就算五一，客房滿也在裏面感覺有序，舒適。

一處藏於山水間的“世外桃源”，依山傍水綠意盎然，酒店環境處處體現古風雅韻，工作人員從前台、客房到餐廳服務都非常周到細緻，入住體驗很舒適，小朋友很喜歡環湖騎行5公里…中餐廳的紹興菜味道特別好，特意趕回來連吃2晚，推薦！
