老闆人不錯。房間空間很大，房間衞生乾淨，冰箱洗衣機都有，對於出差的人來説，最方便了。獨立空調，樓下就是萬達廣場、比優特超市。對面就是開心農場。

環境衞生，設施齊全，而且有高清投影儀，主要是還有會員，而且樓下就是沈遼路萬達廣場，遊玩方便，餓了樓下就是飯店

老闆挺好的，挺熱情的，給我們拿夠了續住用的洗漱用品，住的可以，也挺方便，就是樓上漏水了，不然又繼續續住了
