When I entered the room, the smell of cigarettes was very strong. The waiter responded that every room smelled of cigarettes. Other rooms are not as good as your room! The smell of the room gave me a headache. The guest room is very old and dirty. It's not clean anywhere, especially the carpet. The smell is terrible. My daughter is 4 years old and my son is 7 years old. Ask me, Mom, what is this? The room smelled so bad. Later, I asked the waiter to change the room. After looking at several rooms, all of them smelled bad. The waiter also admitted that the rooms were all like this, so there was nothing I could do. I want to check out and go, but it is not convenient for the children to toss around in the middle of the night. I hardly slept all night, and the experience was particularly bad. Terrible hotel, please don't come here.

很多次入住了諾華庭酒店 設施：配套設施很齊全 樓下十分鐘就是地鐵站 下樓就是大型商場 裏面有電影院和吃飯的地方 酒店內配有娛樂場所和健身房 刷房卡可以進 衞生：衞生還可以 細節有待加強 環境：還不錯 服務：很好的 但是晚上餐廳關門了沒有冰塊

整體下來還是不錯的，早餐小混沌還是不錯的，就是一點，調換房間好慢，就一個客房大姐帶我看，中途有別的活，就把我放那了，等了將近10分鐘，給前台打電話才催，我自己站在那傻等，好無語😓

房間比較大，通透明亮。地段好，地鉄師範大學A口，邊上有綜合休閑娛樂華強廣場。不喜歡地毯，致空氣不新鮮的感覺。早歺不喜歡，與灑店不匹配， 品種少，熱餛飩怎麼涼乎乎的？

酒店房間很寬敞，床很大.早餐豐富.出門就有地鐵 交通方便.還有自助的衣服房 可以洗衣服，前台服務很周到 特別是歡歡，看帶孩子給送了小童的洗漱用品.點贊
