首先老闆人非常好，住的非常舒服，房間設施齊全。有什麼需要都會盡量幫助，周邊交通方便，跟和頤酒店同一個門，很好找。個人還是比較喜歡住套房！

位置很好，離奧體中心很近；裏面很寬敞，床很大；衞生間非常乾淨，有洗髮水、兩款護髮素；體驗感很好，非常親切，真心值得推薦

房間很大，衞生挺乾淨的，屋裡開空調温度還算可以，如果洗澡有點冷。位置離地鐵口不遠，出行方便。再暖和點就太完美了

21年入住的公寓，工作原因22年調離遼寧，23年調回遼寧後再次選擇入住該公寓。非常適合出差人士，辦公桌椅宜家的，然後除了有洗衣機還有烘乾機，性價比很高，值得入住。

衞生不好，到處可見頭髮。廚房洗手枱下不去水。空調居然不能制熱。也沒有提前説。
