I went to Shenyang for some personal business. I booked this hotel because its near the place I have to go. Affordable and good facilities. There are water bottles available in the hallway for convenience. The breakfast is okay for its price. The staff are helpful even if we had to use translator apps. I have trip.com rewards so we can do late check out which is a plus as we were tired and we can rest before our return trip. The only thing I didn’t like is that the air-con is too noisy at night which contributed to bad sleep. Its good for its price.

Only recommend this place to those who are not sensitive to cigarette smoke. The cleaner was kind and ensured the rooms were cleaned daily. One of the night-shift employees was especially nice, helping us resolve a refund issue with *******. Overall, the staff and cleaners were doing their best to provide good service.

We booked this hotel with our kids. The room was not as big as in the pictures. The light was a bit dark. The back room we were assigned was not a good experience.
