This time, I brought two adults and two children to stay here again before school starts. It is worth a second visit, it really exceeded my expectations. The sanitation is very good, the room is super big, and there is a bathtub where you can take a hot bath when you are tired. Manager Ding of the hotel is so considerate. Since we brought two children, he very considerately upgraded the bed to a super king size bed that can sleep 4/5 people🥰. The TV in the room was not working properly for casting cartoons to the kids, so the staff was sent immediately to help solve the problem. They also thoughtfully prepared children's slippers for the kids. The service was great! There are zoos, ice and snow parks, leading performances (not recommended) and amusement parks inside shopping malls around the hotel. It's basically a one-stop shop. Next time I come to Shenyang, I will choose this place first!

The parking lot at the door is just for show. Parking is not allowed at the door. With the elderly and children, there is a pile of luggage, so they are asked to park in the parking lot of the mall next door. In the weather of minus 20 degrees, there is no parking space in front of the mall. The security tone is cold and hard. The man who transferred the phone in the lobby said that there was nothing he could do, and there was no follow-up. It was unreasonable not to park even if I put my luggage for a few minutes. The hygiene is poor, and the air conditioner doesn't work well. There was a cold breeze all night. I rarely give bad reviews, and I am speechless to you. The breakfast is super unpalatable, 80 yuan per person. The experience is too bad.
