新裝修的酒店，環境很好，位置靠近新南站，交通很便利，房間乾淨舒適，前台服務態度很好，房間還可以點餐，退房送了我礦泉水，總之很棒的酒店，值得入住！

新開的酒店，環境舒適，床沙發什麼的很舒服，服務熱情周到，位置在體育學院附近離機場也不遠，出差旅行好去處下次再來

房間整體空間較大，且升級了房間，非常不錯
。早餐種類豐富，還是蠻不錯的房間的衞生水平也是比較高，十分推薦作為旅行商務出遊的選擇

設施：感覺應該新裝修過時間不長，房間還是很智能的。使用非常方便。床品也非常的舒服！
衞生：非常的好。
環境：對面就是瀋陽體院，離南站打車起步價，因為離學校近，周邊超市，飯店非常多，吃飯還是很方便。周邊開發一般，所以非常安靜
服務：前台叫小洋的服務非常熱情，丟在那裡的東西也及時給我打了電話，好評

頭一次見到又貴又小又埋汰的酒店
1.沒升級房型之前，房間非常小，床圍和電視機衹能允許一個人通過的小窄道，沒仔細看其他地方就去給房間升級了
2.升級之後，仔細看過，發現房間特別臟，第一個圖是衞生間的置物架
3.居然發現了蒼蠅！！！我給前台打電話，前台居然讓我自己下去取工具上來自己處理一下，在我強烈要求下，過了很久才派人過來給我處理，但是也沒打到蒼蠅
4.第三個圖，大概在窗簾盒上面，我不明白那上面怎麼會有個礦泉水瓶子，真是活久見
5.床頭的抽紙沒有幾張，吃個飯就用沒了，感覺上個人用完之後沒有添加新的
總之，是一個性價比極其不高的酒店，希望大家避雷
