Just reviewed it. I booked two rooms and stayed for three nights. The front desk service awareness was not strong, but everything else was ok.

The hotel is located in Zhongjie, which is convenient for transportation. It is very close to the subway station and there are many delicious foods around. The hotel room is quite satisfactory, the service is good, and the breakfast tastes very good. I will choose it again next time.

This is my first time to give a negative review to a hotel. Apart from the location in Zhongjie, there is no need to choose anything. The service attitude is very poor. The sofa in the hotel room is very dirty and the bed sheets and quilts are old and have black spots. The actual situation of the hotel room is very different from the pictures on Ctrip. The room, which is more than 30 square meters, is not that big at all, and the room environment is also much worse. I went to ask the hotel manager why the room is different from the pictures I saw. It's so big, the manager ignored me and asked who should put the photos or not of the most beautiful room... A room that usually costs more than 180 yuan will cost more than 600 when booked around April 10th. The fifth most popular hotel in Shenyang has this kind of environment and service, which I didn't expect.

I want the one I booked." As a result, the front desk said that they were sold out. These two rooms were specially upgraded for the event. The special rooms were sold out. Why could I book them on the Ctrip app? Was it cheating consumers? My friend advised me to forget it. It was very tiring. I compromised. Then I took the room card to open the door of **0, but it wouldn't open. I went downstairs to find the front desk to swipe it again. When I came back, it still wouldn't open. They said it was demagnetized or something, and asked the staff to open it. I went in again, and then I turned off the heating, turned it to the highest wind and the highest temperature, but it was still not hot. I was freezing. Because I was too sleepy and tired, I fell asleep. At 8 o'clock the next day, the electric drill sounded **. I suspected that I was being targeted. I called the front desk to change the room and said that I could check out later, 3 or 4 o'clock would be fine. Thank you, but what's the use? I checked out at 12 o'clock. This hotel has been staying for so many times, and it's really getting worse. When I checked in, the front desk upgraded the room type and said to give a good review! I really can't give this good review. Now I am suffering from blood pressure of more than 190. The only good review is the front desk lady who gave me the room card on the 19th (I gave her hair, she was very cute, had a good attitude, apologized and so on)

What a great location. The hotel is within a minute's walk from the station. It faces Zhongjia, so you can easily eat and shop, and the Forbidden City is within walking distance for easy sightseeing. The room was spacious and well-cleaned. There were no problems with the heating, and it was a very warm room. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided in the shower room, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The hair dryer was easy to use, as you could adjust the airflow and temperature.
