The hotel is near the night market. Around the hotel plenty of shop and branded mall.surrounded the tourist attraction area . Subway is nearby . Very convenient to take taksi straight to the hotel. The staff is very helpful particular the recepionist Gemni Li is very willing helper. Hotel buffet dinner include beer and wine n food is excellent .surely i will come back and stay again.

First of all, the location is great and convenient, and the service is excellent. I noticed a stain on the bed and pillow, and I notified the staff and they quickly fixed it. It's very close to Shenyang North Station, making transportation very convenient. There's also the Huigong Street Night Market not far away. It's pretty good.

Great location! Closest hotel to the U.S Consulate. Just a 3-minute walk away. Plenty of food options, and a supermarket across the street. Friendly staff, good size room, and good value for money. Would stay again!

Warm and Memorable Stay at Conrad Shenyang During our stay at Conrad Shenyang, the exceptional service truly impressed us. While the hotel’s location, facilities, and stunning views are fantastic, it’s the thoughtful care from the staff that made our visit unforgettable. When my daughter fell ill and missed breakfast, Room Division Manager Robert kindly set aside some bread for her. The Front Office Guest Services Manager helped arrange medication and even coordinated with the restaurant to prepare millet porridge outside regular hours. Special thanks to Night Guest Services Manager Tom and his team, who went out of their way to assist us with an urgent matter involving local government. Their care made us, as overseas Chinese, feel truly at home. This wonderful experience has deepened our love for China. We are very grateful and highly recommend Conrad Shenyang to all travelers.

The location of the hotel is still very close to the North Station. It's only a walk away. The room area is not very large, but quite large.The size of the room is ok, and it is convenient to provide afternoon tea and supper. Hotel location was central and nearby local amenities. Very comfortable bed and the reception staff had some English sleazing staff that made communication easier. The steam room was out of service and recreation facilities could do with a face lift as post pandemic travel returns.

You can buy all kinds of things in the supermarket in Shenyang Commercial Plaza. There are all kinds of food near the hotel; 2. The room service staff is good. We didn't have enough water to drink, so they gave us two more bottles every day. The breakfast was also good, combining Chinese and Western food, so we could eat our fill every day; 3. The sound insulation is good and we can sleep quietly. Disadvantages: It has been too long since it was upgraded. The room facilities are still the same as 20 years ago. Although they are old, the texture is still there. However, the mattress I slept on collapsed. There was a thick cloth inside, and it was obviously uneven. This is unacceptable. I hope it will be improved.
