A definite 5-star recommendation! The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from Taiyuan Street and a short walk from the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. All your dining and shopping needs are easily met nearby. The hotel service truly deserves full praise. A big thank you to the staff working on the afternoon of August 16th, especially a lady at the front desk – my apologies for not remembering your name. The hotel breakfast offers an incredibly rich and varied spread, with authentic flavors that are both visually appealing and delicious. The gym is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The room facilities are luxurious. Although they show slight signs of age, this in no way diminishes their luxury or functionality. However, I would suggest the hotel implements a more thorough and regular cleaning schedule for some of the sofa upholstery. Additionally, the room layout could be further optimized. For example, regarding bed placement in family suites: while I understand the current design philosophy, I recommend reconfiguring some rooms to place both the large and small beds in the bedroom, thereby restoring the living room function. Furthermore, the food and service at the Tang Palace restaurant on the 6th floor are also excellent. Beyond a 5-star recommendation – this is my top choice when visiting Shenyang!

I visit Shenyang around this time every year, and I always choose this hotel. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Breakfast is also delicious, and the hotel boasts a lovely, elegant ambiance. The location is fantastic; it's super convenient for Shenyang Station, and you can step right out to go shopping. With a supermarket and a coffee shop conveniently located downstairs, everything you need is right within reach. Highly recommended!

This was my second stay at Somerset Shenyang. The room was generously sized, ideal for families. Rooms were in high demand, likely due to the summer holiday. We checked in, left our luggage, and went out for lunch. It's completely understandable for it to be busy during peak season. The front desk staff were apologetic about the wait, which I appreciated. The location is fantastic for dining, being very close to Taiyuan Street. The room was very well-equipped, particularly with a washing machine and a large refrigerator, which made our two-day stay incredibly convenient. On my first visit, the room's facilities felt quite dated and were due for a renovation. This time, I was allocated a newly renovated room. Both have their own merits: the older rooms have a cozier vibe, whereas the renovated ones offer more smart features. The service is impeccable; I wouldn't keep coming back otherwise. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and even the restaurant were consistently enthusiastic and helpful, despite being very busy. Hygiene standards were good. I personally find managed serviced apartments more reliable and secure. Just my personal opinion.

Picked the hotel as we were travelling by train. Just 3 mins from the train station and subway station, making it a very convenient location for commuting. Basic facilities expected of a Ibiz business hotel. Room kind of small but working condition. Breakfast is a bit of a let down on the setting and variety, but the price justified it. You need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the breakfast area - extra challenging during winter!

The location is not far from some scenic spots. The facilities in the building are good. Although the last room is arranged, it is very sunny, dry, and hot. It is not warm. My daughter is afraid of heat and can only turn off the cooling intermittently to fall asleep comfortably. It's good, better than cold and damp. The high-rise buildings on the 24th and 25th floors have a wide view, allowing you to quietly enjoy the bustling city. The room is fully equipped with non-smoking facilities, ensuring a healthy stay. The hotel has abundant supporting facilities, especially the recreation center, which is a highlight! The indoor swimming pool has clear water and the fitness room is fully equipped. I would like to give special praise to the waiters Xiaoliang and Xiaohuang in the recreation center. Their professionalism and enthusiasm are very heartwarming. Xiaoliang Xiaoliang had a friendly smile throughout the whole process and provided meticulous service in every detail; the two waiters not only demonstrated their superb professional qualities, but also used their sincere attitude to make the recreational experience full of warmth, adding a strong touch to the hotel service! The bed is 2m and very comfortable. There is also a projector in the room, so I can talk to people I like.
