Before I came to Northeast China for the first time, I had heard that the service industry in Northeast China was poor, but in fact my experience was very good, especially the Conrad Hotel in Shenyang was one of the best places I had experienced during my trip to Northeast China. All the female employees are nice, and all the male employees are okay, except for one rude, unprofessional, immoral, and ridiculous male employee. He shouted at me when I arrived. I don't know if he is a concierge or a security guard. I hope this will not continue to exist in the hotel and then everything will be perfect.

However, the bathroom is relatively small and the space is a bit cramped for a fat person. In addition, the hotel only has two washing machines, and one of them is broken. There is no independent dryer, which leads to long queues for laundry. But the front desk service is very good and takes the initiative to provide suggestions.
