We booked the hotel unplanned because our flight in the morning was canceled due to bad weather and the hotel’s front desk receptionist allowed us to check in early. The hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful especially Coco and Leo who assisted us the whole duration of our stay- booking car rides, showing us places to eat nearby and booking us a ride going to the shopping mall and going to Shenzhen North Railway Station for our rescheduled trip. Will definitely comeback and stay in Hampton when I’m in Shenzhen again. (We stayed in Hampton in Dongguan too prior to our cancelled Nanjing flight)

The hotel has convenient transportation, and meals can be delivered to the room by robots. The service quality of Miss Nicole at the front desk is excellent. It was a satisfactory experience.

We have a very enjoyable stay, only a pity no bar. Very friendly reception, eventhough not always easy to communicate!!!
