本來訂的海景房，到了前台説海景房也看不見多少海，主動給我免費換成了套房，房間很大，安靜，也挺乾淨的，還給佈置了一下，很用心，感謝！下次還來住。

同等價格的酒店住過不少次，感覺本次入住的硬件和軟件稍微弱一些。比較精簡。我住的房間洗澡的拖鞋都沒有。也沒有提供浴袍。吹風機功率太小，長頭髮吹很久都吹不幹。浴室外的吸水地墊用了一天第二天就沒有了，又沒有涼拖，你説洗完澡出來是不是得跳着去對面拿浴巾再沖腳擦乾再穿棉拖。早餐比較簡單。再來説好的地方。酒店人員服務態度是不錯的。一整天展會逛下來累了點了外賣進房間不讓送上來，前台親自送了。從展會回來步行被電瓶車服務生看見了主動讓我上車帶我回我的那幢樓。而且離會場非常近。非常適合來開展會的人。

周邊什麼也沒有，吃個飯最好點外賣。
房間地板一層灰，進去腳一踩全黑。
床單都起球了。
説是會展酒店，以為去會展中心很近，結果擺渡車衹送到酒店區域的門口。走到會展中心還得從其正門進（會展後門不給進），直接走了20分鐘！！（見圖）
酒店就不能跟會展中心協商下，安排擺渡車直接送到會展門口？！
建議不喜歡走路的，又想離會展中心近的。不如住到周邊兩三公里以內的酒店，搭個車去會展。

灣區會展國際酒店，前台所有接待和客房服務員都特別的優秀服務太好了，第一次來有種到家的感覺，雖然很忙但是服務特別棒，下次有機會再來
