Honghai Hotel (Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center Guozhan South Subway Station)

I came here to attend a conference and exhibition. The hotel is very close to the exhibition hall and the price is reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel for this conference and exhibition. Let me talk about my experience here. 1. First of all, this hotel left a deep impression on Qian Oh. The front desk service made me feel at home. The staff were warm and friendly. They always greeted me with a smile, which made me feel special care. Second, the hotel's Internet speed is also very fast, which is very important for me, a business traveler who often needs to deal with work emails and video conferences. I can complete my work efficiently and watch movies at the same time without lag. Third, the overall environment of the hotel is very clean and hygienic. The rooms are comfortable and tidy. The toilets and bathrooms are clean and bright. I can see the cleaning lady cleaning diligently every day, which makes me feel very relieved and comfortable. Summary: I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel this time, with excellent front desk service, fast internet, and cleanliness, so I recommend this hotel without hesitation and hope that more people can enjoy such a high-quality service experience.

Satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. I'm just not satisfied that the ground is very slippery when wet. It is recommended to use non-slip floors to prevent passengers from slipping on the ground. There is a large construction site outside the hotel. Walking outside the hotel feels like walking on a construction site. It is sandy and surrounded by many fences. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station.

The first time I experienced the Red Sea Hotel, I felt very good. The environment is beautiful and close to the subway station, which is convenient for access. The hotel facilities are new, there is a free laundry room, and the breakfast is rich. The hygiene is also quite good, and the air in the corridor has a fragrant smell and feels comfortable. 1️⃣ The service attitude is very poor. I purchased a pre-sale single superior double room, and then found out that they have a movie room. When I checked in, I asked how I could change the movie room. Do I need to pay 50 or 60? There was a man and a woman at the front desk, and they told me the price of the platform arrogantly, but they were not clear about it. It’s not clear at all whether I should make up the difference based on the purchase price directly or the room type price on the platform; and the hotel is available on four travel platforms, and the prices on the four platforms are completely different. So which platform should I make up the difference on? It's disgusting to see us young looking down at us with our heads held high like a proud rooster. 2️⃣ The hotel says it will open in 2023, but it is now 2024, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. Only one year later, yellow stains have appeared on the toilet and bathroom floors, which can be wiped off with a strong wipe. It can be seen that its platform There are some problems with hygiene control, and they are not cleaned at all. And the toilet has a strong smell. 3️⃣ As shown in Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figure 5, I have stayed in more than ten different hotels in Shenzhen. This is the first time I have seen flying mosquitoes with curved wings in the toilet? And there are mosquitoes in the room. 4️⃣ As shown in Figure 6 and Figure 7, the hotel does not have separate wifi in the room. The entire hotel shares a wifi called "Red Sea Hotel", which is equivalent to direct public wifi. Due to the problem of public wifi, when using the TV screen mirroring function in the room, other guests often mirror the screen to their own room. Moreover, the shared wifi is very laggy, and the TV screen often freezes. It takes 1 second to watch and the lag is 3 seconds. Highly not recommended to stay! Highly not recommended to stay! Highly not recommended to stay! This is my first time to write a negative review. All the above contents are consistent with the reality.
