非常滿意這家全季的招待，在這裏出差整整住了7天。這家全季有用心在做，房間裏配備了完整的茶具、紅茶包，讓我出差之餘能更好的喝茶休息。快遞送餐是機器人到房間，智能又方便。
我遇到的所有需求，工作人員都能第一時間響應。不愧是四星級的建造標準與服務。感謝入住期間前台小迪貼心周到的服務與安排，妥妥細節控。後續出差深圳，還會再回來的！

酒店很新，房間佈局蠻好的，還有小沙發和喝茶區；
服務挺不錯的，戴眼鏡的男生更加有親和力一點，早餐可以再精緻一點。附近是科技園，沒有什麼可以逛的地方，衹是作為晚上的落腳點，馬路對面有幾家小吃店。打車到深圳灣十幾分鍾，很方便。到世界之窗打車10分鐘以內。

酒店的裝修和環境風格不錯，設施也很新，然而房間的清潔程度一般，廁板上有污跡和頭髮，希望能夠改進。進入酒店只能用酒店的wifi嗎？因為自己的電話卡是收不到任何信號。另外，有一個讓我很困惑的情況是，前台在辦理入住手續時需要將客人的證件複印多份嗎？是不能直接掃描照相放入系統嗎？我整理完房間行李後十分鐘左右再回到前台想要多張房卡，然而我們的個人資料卻還是被放在桌上，也沒有蓋住，這些資料都是客人的私人信息，請需要謹慎對待 。

服務的專業程度有代提高，早餐不過不失，但以商務酒店來說也是可以的。房間打掃不太乾淨，仍有髮絲。洗手間的渠道異味重。房間有簡單茶具和茶包，有些儀式感，但不怎麼好用，直接用大杯泡就行了。
