真心不錯，值這個價，床特別舒服，都睡過頭了，差點坐車錯過了，急急忙忙的趕飛機，有東西忘記了，酒店特意給您我電話了，衹能郵寄了，這個酒店整體都不錯的值得推薦。

住過的最坑人的酒店，酒店不提供充電器，房間的掃碼充電器收費非常非常貴，充電器設定有收費陷阱，充完後中途無法取消，超高預付款衹能看着全部被扣完。嚴重坑害消費者，酒店與不法商販狼狽為奸。我保留了證據。我已經向315和深圳市市場監督局進行了舉報。謹慎入住。

超爛的酒店，又臟又破，大堂看着好好的，由上電梯開始到樓層到房間再到衞生間，差得我住不了第二個晚上，早上起來趕緊退掉。
隔音超級無敵差！附近房間要是關門了，響的整個結構都在動。
電梯又是痰又是各種的臟！
房間地毯也臟！
灰塵到處都是！
煙味又重！
衞生間洗完澡 水能漏到外面去，第二天早上起來也不幹！
房間和衞生間燈光真的很暗，完全住不下去。
就是因為忘了提前訂酒店，想着離車站近休息。

在蘭茲住的很舒服，前台工作人員萍服務態度很好，幫助我們升級了房型，酒店的床很大很軟，房間整潔無異味，有一整扇落地窗，還有一張辦公圓桌還有沙發，整體是很大的，電視是智能電視可以投屏，這個價位在深圳能訂到這樣的酒店真的太驚喜啦，這裏停車免費，入住滿意度直接拉滿。
