There are many lovely decorations in the hotel lobby, the room is very clean, and the style is a modern business design. For the room booked by Ctrip, the front desk didn’t feel like welcoming me. The room was messy like a maze. There were several rooms in the middle of the night. An old man kept making noises, and the front desk refused to answer my call. Ctrip staff went to coordinate, but the front desk ignored it at all.
