Transport provided to hotel, when i was there the driver was off day but hotel offered reimbursed on Didi-car fare via wechat pay (~CNY20+). I checked-in late (the next morning) and hotel extended my stay and offered late check-out. However, if next room visitors talked very very loud, it can be heard in our room. Opposite the hotel (walking distance) have plenty of restaurants offering local cuisine. Distance to main city (CBD area) is about 25minutes by Didi (~CNY45+) Overall, it is a good place to stay for resting before catching up the next schedule.

The hotel amenities is quite good and worth its price. Location located beside convenient store, so easy to buy food and snacks. Not sure for tourist attraction nearby, but its really close to the airport! And the airport transfer is provided by the hotel for free plus its really reliable. You can claim up to certain amount if u book private taxi depends on your own time.

The hotel and room was very clean, its under 6 km from airport absolutley Non tourist area, straight across the road from the hotel is a barrier area lots of local hawker stalls and local shops and restaurants. My bad, but very little English spoken however everyone was so nice and tried to help with a translation app. I was only on a night tranfer so didn't get the chance to learn any chinese i feel bad for that. The corridor areas on floor 6 appear to be being renewed so do look old and stained. However my room 611 was perfect with hot and powerfull shower and a great bed and pillows. The reception staff were very kind. If you are just stopping overnight and want a genuine local experience i would recommend this hotel at this price point. I felt safe walking around by myself but i made sure i didn't look lost or look on my phone etc. Tv has usb connection for stick etc? But no uk channels on tv (that i could find).

All the staff members are so good and polite. I appreciate their work and a good behavior. I had a good time in this hotel and I recommend it to others must come and stay in this hotel. Next time I will come and select this hotel again.

It is what it is: a hotel for people who want to be next to the airport. The check-in is the fastest I've experienced in this country. It's not a detail: it usually takes 10 minutes when you're a foreigner. There's something terrible though: a very strong smell of moist / humidity ! I could not have spent more than a short night.

We stayed at this hotel as we had a transfer flight. The hotel is 10-13 minutes from the airport and provides free shuttle service. The hotel is a bit old, and the breakfast is really standard.

Hotel provide free shuttle car back and forth from the airport. Arrived by 3:45am and the reception arrange the car for us and fetch us by 4am. Just worried that i cant contact the hotel because i didnt have china phone number but luckily they can reply me ASAP through the app. The room is spacious and clean.

The hotel is quite close to Shenzhen Airport. The rooms are ok, the staff is friendly and the hotel is 15 min walking to the nearest metro station. Good option if you arrive late at night or if you plan to leave early in the morning through the airport.
