a kind front desk worker who checked me in with some difficulty. Although I was early, I could get the room immediately. The room was a bit noisy due to the sound of the drains from the upstairs rooms. The room met its purpose. Sited amongst shops and restaurants it is located rather practical. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient, and they gave a wake up call well in advance.

Excellent hotel who offers free pick up and drop off service even at wee hours in the morning. Will not hesitate to come back again! Location wise is not nearby metro although walkable. Water pressure inside room is strong. WiFi is fast. Just morning a bit noisy with people honking at the streets at 7-8am.

The staff there are excellent. From airport pickup to front desk, everything was impeccable!

Transport provided to hotel, when i was there the driver was off day but hotel offered reimbursed on Didi-car fare via wechat pay (~CNY20+). I checked-in late (the next morning) and hotel extended my stay and offered late check-out. However, if next room visitors talked very very loud, it can be heard in our room. Opposite the hotel (walking distance) have plenty of restaurants offering local cuisine. Distance to main city (CBD area) is about 25minutes by Didi (~CNY45+) Overall, it is a good place to stay for resting before catching up the next schedule.

Good, provides transport to airport

The pick up service is ok! The reception staff aren’t speaking- can’t speak any word English!! How is it as a staff of an international hotel near the airport in a huge city in 4 stars hotel??? The room was very noisy . I don’t know what was happening over or beside or under the room. I am like in a factory. They apologized and came to take me for an another room but it was terrible in the smoking floor. I turned back to the room. It was already 3:30AM and I got up at 6:30 AM to finish the suffering! It was a terrible night! I’m not worry about the price but by these situations the hotel should pay the guests. Not the guest should pay for being tired all the day now!!! Breakfast is nothing!! Even no coffee machine. Just some oily Chinese food. No toast No coffee. I just lost the time here and have to find a coffee first before starting this (tired) day. I feel really terrible!! It was the biggest mistake!!!

Convenient location near the airport with a shuttle service available. The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. I would consider staying here again on a future trip.

The hotel amenities is quite good and worth its price. Location located beside convenient store, so easy to buy food and snacks. Not sure for tourist attraction nearby, but its really close to the airport! And the airport transfer is provided by the hotel for free plus its really reliable. You can claim up to certain amount if u book private taxi depends on your own time.

ok, hotel its near the airport area. Clean rooms and pictures are accurate. Neighborhood has some small shops. Hotel is good for late arrivals or early departures from and to the airport

Very good hotel if you want to find a stay near the airport, room was clean, love the bed and pillow hear, made me sleep well. Staffs were nice

The front desk staffs are good and helpful. They provide free transport to airport which is a plus to hotel management. Though there are plenty of restaurant nearby but hotel location is a bit far from train station (＞ 1km), so basically need to use cab if traveling with young and elderly family members. They have laundry service but unfortunately only the machine only accept wechat pay, basically it only meant for locals and tourists are unable to enjoy the facility.

The hotel building and the room match the expectations, no issues there. However the shuttle from the airport for a traveller from Europe, not speaking Chinese and not having the Chinese phone number is a nightmare. I contacted the hotel through Trip.com channel in advance, asking for the shuttle from the airport, I provided, flight information, date, number of people. But I received answer that I needed to contact the hotel (again) when I already landed in the Shenzen Airport. So, when I arrived to the Shenzen Airport I tried to contact the hotel via messaging via Trip.com, then I also called the hotel using the call the object option at the Trip.com - but a person who picked up the phone did not speak English. I tried to call them directly from my European phone number - nobody answered the phone. Eventually, - it was midnight - we asked for help a help desk at the airport - they arranged a regular taxi for us - good that we could pay in advance so we avoided a taxi scam. At the hotel, they refused to refund the cost of the taxi saying that they did not understand English . the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was OK, on time. Advice - do not book there unless you speak Chinese.
