Grand Mercure Shenzhen Nanshan

After a 9-hour flight, we arrived at the hotel by taxi around 4 AM, hoping we could check in early. The night duty staff member (didn't catch his name) was incredibly welcoming. He didn't make any excuses and tried to get us into a room. Due to system limitations, he told us to try again at 6 AM. Punctually at 6 AM, he helped us complete the check-in process and even upgraded our room! We were so relieved and excited when we got our room key. We're very grateful to him for understanding that we're both over 60. His professional dedication to customer service left a deep impression on us. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a rich and varied breakfast. It's also conveniently located for transportation. Highly recommended!

I've stayed here many times. It's super convenient to get around; Bao'an and Nanshan are both just a 15-minute drive away. I'm really happy with the bathtub – the water gets nice and hot, and the room is spacious. Parking is easy too. I'll definitely keep coming back!

The room was excellent, with brand new facilities and great soundproofing. I didn't hear a single sound all night and slept really well. A big shout-out to the hotel staff – they were incredibly welcoming and quick to respond.

The room was excellent, though the soundproofing could be better. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and delicious, available until 11:30 AM – I looked forward to it every day! The staff were all wonderful. A very satisfying experience.

The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was dusty up close, I had to clean it myself. The card reader in the elevator was also dusty. Nowadays, domestic living standards are quite high, so people have higher expectations when staying out. Many details need to be kept up to par.
